A young blonde girl with Blue eyes. She has freckles on her cheeks, which she hides with make-up due to being embarrassed about them.
Personality[]
A tough girl that looks out for her siblings. Although she is violent towards Randel, she values him deeply.
Background[]
Works for the prostitute group run by 'Grandma', the part of the prostitute group she's in specializes in "pure relationships" and serves as a relatively safe space for the teenage girls of District Zero to make money. Before Randel had left, she used to be feeble and bed-ridden.
Plot[]
When Oland returns to visit his "siblings", he finds Ursula in a healthier state.
